UsTube (ustube.ai, "we") is a free online video downloader. By using it you agree to these terms.

What UsTube does

UsTube fetches a publicly available video from a link you give it and hands the file to your browser. We don't host a catalogue of videos, we don't search for content, and each file is deleted from our server one hour after it's ready.

Your responsibility

• Only download content you own, content in the public domain or under a licence that allows it, or content the owner has given you permission to save.
• Don't use UsTube to infringe copyright, to re-upload other people's work as your own, or to break the terms of the site the video comes from.
• Don't use automated scripts to hammer the service. We rate-limit heavy use.

Copyright complaints

If you believe UsTube is being used to infringe your rights, email [email protected] with the link concerned. We respond quickly and can block specific sources.

No warranty

UsTube is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Sites change constantly and some links will not work. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Donations

Donations are voluntary payments that cover UsTube's running costs. They are processed by Stripe, are not tax-deductible, and don't buy any service or priority.

UsTube is operated by AILAB Solutions, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
